By accessing or using Nessie, you agree to these terms. If you are using Nessie on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Access & waitlist
Access to Nessie is currently invitation-only through our waitlist. We may grant, limit, or revoke access at our discretion during this period.
Your content
You retain all rights to the conversations and content you connect. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Nessie, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Nessie reliable but provide the service 'as is' without warranties. Features may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nessie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Nessie at any time and delete your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
